Little Red Fox DC

Nicely settled on Connecticut Avenue NW in the Forest Hills neighborhood of DC is the new kid in town. Not just a coffee shop, and much more than just the perfect spot to grab an artisan, made from scratch lunch, the Little Red Fox sources local goods from all over the area, making their shop the perfect stop for gifts, grocery, and an exceedingly good time. Husband and wife owners Matt & Jena Carr, wanted to create a space where the community could come together for great food (strawberry nutella "fox-tarts" anyone?), but also be able to find and take away locally grown and produced goods. They source local meats, cheeses, beers, and even make their own hot sauce, which is sold in store. If you are craving a home-cooked take away meal, you'll be in luck, as Chef Anne and Matt prepare fresh favorites daily.

We were thrilled when the Little Red Fox started stocking Trouvé, which is neatly displayed next to one of our other favorite publications, Cherry Bombe. We are proud to be part of the DC community and to be included as a locally sourced item at the Little Red Fox.
